In emergencies like fires, major outages, or other critical situations, having accurate contact information helps us reach you quickly. Our lineworkers depend on the phone numbers in our system to notify members when needed.

Please take a moment to review the address and phone number listed on your most recent bill. Our new system allows you to add multiple phone numbers, and we also encourage you to provide an email address. Having your email on file allows us to send you important updates, notices, and member surveys—keeping you informed and connected.

Your contact information will only be used by the cooperative for essential communications.
