IMPORTANT: Please carefully read the entire Candidate Information Packet before completing any forms. The packet outlines the qualifications, responsibilities, and expectations of serving, so you can make an informed decision before proceeding.

  • 1 REVIEW THE CANDIDATE PACKET
    Read the entire packet thoroughly before deciding whether to proceed. Be sure you understand the qualifications, responsibilities, and time commitment involved.
  • 2 COMPLETE THE CANDIDATE AFFIRMATION FORM
    Fill out the form, print it, and provide your handwritten signature.
  • 3 COMPLETE THE CANDIDATE QUESTIONNAIRE
    Answer all questions, print the completed questionnaire, and sign it by hand.
  • 4 SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED FORMS
    Return both signed documents to Nobles Cooperative Electric using the mailing address or email listed below.
