Board Information

Nobles Cooperative Electric is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors made up of cooperative members, just like you. Directors are elected by the membership at the cooperative’s annual meeting and each represents a specific district as outlined in the association’s bylaws. Directors serve three-year terms.

The Board meets monthly to establish policies, review and approve budgets, guide long-range planning, and provide overall governance for the cooperative. Responsibility for the cooperative’s daily operations is entrusted to the General Manager and staff.
