Nobles Cooperative Electric’s Annual Meeting
April 14, 2027 - 7 p.m.
The annual meeting for Nobles Cooperative Electric members will be held at Nobles Cooperative Electric’s office in Slayton, Minnesota.
Openings on the Board and Nominating Committee
Nobles Cooperative Electric’s Nominating Committee will select director and nominating committee candidates. The first meeting is in October. The membership will vote on these candidates via mail ballot, with the results given during the April 14, 2027, Annual Meeting.
Open Positions in the 2027 Election
We're seeking dedicated individuals to serve their community! The following positions are open in the 2027 election (each serving three-year terms):
Board of Directors:

- District 2
- District 7
Nominating Committee Members:
- District 4
- District 6
Nominations will be posted at the Slayton office 75 days before the Annual Meeting. Any 15 or more members may make additional nominations for a director and/or a nominator by petition not less than 45 days prior to the annual meeting.

Elected by the membership, the Nominating Committee members identifies and recruits qualified candidates to run for the Board of Directors. It's a rewarding way to contribute to your organization's success.
