Nobles Cooperative Electric is thrilled to announce the recipients of its annual scholarships, made possible through the generous participation of its members in the Operation Round Up program. This year, nine outstanding students from the cooperative’s service area have been awarded $1,000 scholarships to help further their educational goals.
Operation Round Up allows Nobles Cooperative Electric members to voluntarily round up their monthly electric bills to the nearest dollar. These small contributions pool together to make a significant impact in the community, funding initiatives like these scholarships.
“We are incredibly proud to support these bright and dedicated students,” said Tracey Haberman, member services manager at Nobles Cooperative Electric. “The Operation Round Up program demonstrates the power of our members coming together to invest in the future of our communities. Congratulations to all the winners!”
