Looking ahead to early April, we're excited to celebrate National Lineworker Appreciation Day. In this newsletter, we are going to share the story of Rick Leebens, who has been with us for 35 years. We will be sharing stories of our linemen throughout April on our Facebook page. Exciting progress is underway at our new Slayton building! We are nearing completion, and we are just waiting on a few final internal and external touches to be completed. We anticipate moving in within the next few months and will announce the official move-in date and host an open house for our members when we get settled. This updated facility will provide enhanced high-tech capabilities, enabling us to better serve you and our community.
Remember to mark your calendars for our annual meeting on Monday, April 14th. We'll be conducting the meeting via conference call again this year. Your annual report and ballot package will be mailed to you approximately two weeks prior to the meeting. We encourage your active participation to stay informed and engaged with your cooperative.
